ACUI Region 5 Conference 2012

ACUI Region 5 is made up of five states: Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Colleges and Universities of varying sizes and scopes make up the membership of Region 5, including state schools, private institutions, HBCU's, religious institutions, extremely large institutions, tiny colleges, and more.

The 2012 conference is taking place November 2-3 and is hosted by Northern Kentucky University.


Call for educational session proposals:


Northern Kentucky University is excited to be your host for the ACUI Region 5 Fall Conference on November 2-3, 2012. Located on 300 acres just seven miles south of Cincinnati, NKU provides easy access to a wide range of cultural, educational and recreational opportunities. Our theme this year is Igniting Change: Developing Leaders and Building Community. With this theme in mind, please consider submitting an educational session proposal to demonstrate the excellent experiences and opportunities your campus has discovered. We hope to offer many educational sessions that bring both students and professionals together for learning and making new connections within the Region.

If you have any questions about topics needed or workshops desired, please give me a call or send an email to discuss.      -  Discounted registration available for groups of three or more from the same school - $99
•  Student or Graduate Student - $75
     -  Discounted registration available for groups of three or more from the same school - $50
•  One day registration - $50

Registraion after September 28:
•  Professional Staff - $150
•  Student or Graduate Student - $100

The conference hotel is the Country Inn & Suites located in Wilder, Kentucky. 

The room rate is $89 per night. Please reserve your room prior to October 15, 2012 to receive the ACUI Region 5 rate.
